Terms & Conditions


1.	Two direct is necessary to get binary income,one in left and one in right.

2.	All Govt. Taxes will be charge wherever applicable.

3.	Applicant should be an Indian and age should be between 18 years to 70 years. The applicant should be of sound mind and should not be an insolvent.

4.	The payment made at the time of making application for Distributorship is non refundable.

5.	If any Applicant provides false information during making application for Distributorship or otherwise then ABS GLOB MULTI-MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED shall have a right to terminate the Distributorship of person immediately without any prior notice and the Distributor shall neither have a right to claim any refund of the amount as deposited at the time of making the application nor he can claim any other benefits from the ABS GLOB MULTI-MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED nor he will be allowed to carry on his/her Distributorship in future.

6.	The ABS GLOB MULTI-MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED should not be bound by any illegal act of the Business Distributor and the ABS GLOB MULTI-MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED cannot be held responsible for any wrong committed by the Business Distributor.

7.	The applicant/ Business Distributor is joining the business of the ABS GLOB MULTI-MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED as per his/her own understanding and without any personal obligation either to ABS GLOB MULTI-MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED or to anyone else.

8.	It has been understand by the applicant/Business Distributor that his Distributorship can be terminated by the ABS GLOB MULTI-MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED if he/she is engaged/starts litigation with the ABS GLOB MULTI-MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED/sponsor/up-line/ any other network company.

9.	The Business Distributor at the time of making the application with the ABS GLOB MULTI-MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED has gone through the contents of this agreement also and also understood the contents of the same.

10.	In case of active person's death total income will be given to his /her nominee.
